Fulshear Ranch Academy is a therapeutic community where young women come together to experience an environment where their strengths, talents and potential can be realized. Fulshear Ranch accepts young women between the ages of 18 – 24 who have issues with body image, boundary setting, addictions, PTSD, low self-esteem, depression, and school failure.
At Fulshear Ranch young women are invited on a journey of self-discovery and education. Students experience classroom academics, experiential education, therapeutic groups and activities, life skills, and career training, all in an environment which promotes overall health and wellness. Our program is divided into five areas of concentration. Each one of these areas has been created to help young women realize their potential. The five areas are:
The primary focus of all classes, activities and groups is to assist young women in the process of discovering their individual talents and passions, and teaching them the life skills needed to take the next step in pursuing their dreams. We believe through a community based holistic approach to living and learning, we can assist in alleviating issues of negative body image, eating disorders, addictions, sexual boundaries, depression and school difficulties. Our program is divided into phases that offer an individually-paced progressive movement through important transitional phases of personal growth.
