Scheduled Chats:

Specialized Private Chats: Chat with a counselor who specializes in counseling individuals dealing with specific issues.

Group Chat: Chat with a group of people who are going through similar things as you.

*Private Chats will be held Monday - Friday from 4PM-4AM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 4PM to 12AM.

* Group chats will be held every Friday from 9PM-11PM. They will be based on different topics each week so check the website to find out what we will be talking about!

Coming soon we will be launching a new and updated version of the online chat program.

We have been working on this new version for quite some time and know that everyone will like it. We will also post a date soon for when the switch will be made.

We apologize if at any time you are unable to access a private or group chat session due to technical difficulties. We are constantly working on our site so that we may provide you with the best possible service. If our online services are not available and you are in need of immediate attention please call us at one of the numbers listed below or dial 9-1-1 for the police.

If you are ever in need of assistance when chats are not offered you can call the Kids' Helpline at 1-877-KIDS-400 or 716-834-1144 available to you 24 hours a day, everyday.

During selected hours, counselors will be available online to meet with users on a one-to-one basis. Counselors can provide referrals, information and a friendly ear to help you with any problems that you are having! These chats are private in nature and no one will be able to view the conversation you have with the counselor.

To participate in our private chats, please log into the private chat waiting room the same way you log into any of our other chat rooms. Once you are in the waiting room, a counselor will speak with you privately about anything you wish to discuss, in the order that you entered the room.
